Baby Abilynn was blessed today by her father. It was a great day! My heart was so full of appreciation and love for my husband and our little miracle! I am so in love with both of them and my life is full of blessings becasue of them. We had lots of family and friends come to support Abi. It was amazing to see all the faithfull priesthood holders stand in the circle! The circle was not small. I know that you should not invite lots of men to stand in the circle but JP wanted family and some close friends and by the time he went through who he wanted, it turned out to be quite a few. I am also lucky to have in-laws who may believe differently then I do but they still came to church to support Abi! Abilynn is a very lucky girl to have so many people who care about her!
The day went pretty smooth. I woke up and got ready. Abi decided to sleep in a little. Once she woke up I bathed her and put her dress on. Her looked so pretty in her frilly white dress. Off to the church we went. The three back rows were full of people we had invited to come. When the Bishop announced that we had a baby blessing my heart started pounding so hard. This was my baby who was being blessed. I had waited so long for this and now it was here! JP gave a beautiful blessing. Abi talked a little at the beggining but then she quieted down. The spirit was SO strong!
After sacrament meeting everyone came back to our house. We had soup, salads, crackers and artichoke dip, a cheese ball, rolls, cupcakes and homemade rootbeer. It turned out to be a pretty warm day and five crock pots can really heat your house up! Lots of pictures were taken but my camera kept getting put down and not picked back up so I am going to have to get copies from people.
I am so blessed to have married a man who was worthy to take me to the temple so we could be sealed for all time and eternity! Beause of that choice, our family is forever. I am glad that JP is a worthy preisthood holder and he could bless Abilynn. I am SO thankful for my little Abilynn and that she came to our family. I am excited for our new adventures and to watch our little girl grow and learn.

4 month doctor visit
Abilynn had her 4 month doctor visit yesterday. As the doctor was listening to her heart, Abi kicked him in the face. She also liked the paper on the table. The visit went really well until the nurse came in with the immunizations, and Abi started crying. She really cried when she got the shots but as soon as we left the room she stopped crying. Mom and Dad also got shots. Our pediatrician offers flu shots to parents with babies. I was thankful for this because it will save me from having to call and make an appointment somewhere else. Here are Baby Girls stats..
Weight: 15 pounds 3 ounces (82%)
Length: 27 inches (100%, in fact off the charts)
Head circumference: 16.5 inches (77%)

4 months old
Happy 4 month old birthday Abilynn!!! I cannot believe how fast you have grown. Time has gone too quickly. I think about you all day when I am working. I look at your picture and smile and think about what you are doing now. Here is what you have done this month...
*You blow spit bubbles. It is cute unless we are at your Aunt Kimmies ward to here her speak and you start blowing spit bubbles when it is silent. It doesn't help that your Aunt's Courtney and Shauntel were laughing at you blowing bubbles!
*You fit into your exersaucer and you really like it. When we are at Grandpa and Grandma Cheney's, your cousin Tymon helps show you what all the toys do.
*You really enjoy rolling over unless you are tired, in which case you roll to your belly and then complain until someone rolls you to your back.
*You are starting to sleep through the night. YEAH!!!!!!
*If you are in a good mood you move all over the place.
*You still like your binky a lot! Tymon likes your binkys too. He will crawl over to you, take it out and chew on it. He even puts it back in sometimes.
*You talk and talk and talk. People will stop and talk to you when we are shopping.
*You can push yourself up on with your arms when you are on your belly. You even try to pull your legs up like you are going to crawl.
*You can focus on an object close to you and reach out and grab it. It is kind of in slow motion but you get better and better every day!
*You can take your binky out and 6 times out of 10 put it back in correctly. The other 4 times you either drop it or chew on it incorrectly.
*Your hair is most likely going to be blond but everyday it seems to change.
*You love to watch the doggies play.
*Your favorite toys are ones that crinkle. You have a book and a flower that you like.
*You try to eat every book I read to you. This is kind of mommy's fault because you have some books you can eat and I will let you play and eat them after we read them.
*You still love the baby backpack.
*You laugh a lot. Grandma Cheney is really good at getting you to laugh.
*You like to stand up.
*You love to watch people and if someone close to you is talking you will look around for them.
*You are wearing 6-12 month bottoms, 3-6 month tops, size 2 shoe (very soon size 3). Your 3-6 month dresses are mostly mini dresses due to how long you are, thank goodness for leggings!
