Cuddle Buddies

So as most of you know JP and I have two dogs. Well, when we got Molly, our 9 month old puppy, Bailey got the boot out of his kennel. I did not trust Molly to not chew up my house while we were gone. (she just chews up the house while we are home now!) Bailey did not appreciate having to give his kennel up for a younger sister. He has been lounging in the kennel lately and when we try to put Molly in the kennel he will refuse to get out of the kennel. So for a couple of minutes you are trying to convince Bailey that he really does want to get out of the kennel and convince Molly she really does want to get in the kennel. One of these times I should just leave them in there together and maybe next time he would get out. Of course they have traveled lots together in that kennel, to St George and Fish Lake, so it would not bother them.

Molly thinks that lounging in the kennel looks fun and decides to lounge in the kennel with Bailey. So they are cuddle buddies. They have actually always been cuddle buddies, it is just not as comfortable for either of them now!

These two pictures were actually taken different days. Doesn't Bailey look so thrilled to be sharing with Molly!? I don't blame him for not being too happy. Sometimes we all need our own space! (and when that space is very small to begin with adding someone else doesn't work very well)
