Day of Remembrance

So I know Memorial Day is not until Monday but today JP's family had a little service for his grandma, Gaila, who passed away almost two weeks ago. It was very nice. After we went to Joe and Jen's house for dinner. It was lots of fun to see the siblings, children, and grandchildren looking through picture books and remembering when.
My challenge to all of you is to not wait to remember when. Take time to talk to those you love and take advantage of them being here. It is always nice to remember those who have passed on. But it is also nice to remember those who are still here and spend time with them. Family is one of the most precious things! Sorry to get all sappy but that is how I feel.
